Liturgy/ Holy Hour Outline

Friday 14 May 2010

Opening Responses
Reader              Jesus said, ‘When two or three gather in my name,
I am there with them.’
ALL  BE WITH US, LORD JESUS
AS WE GATHER IN YOUR NAME:
BE PRESENT TO US.

Reader Jesus asks, ‘Do you love me?’
ALL YES LORD, YOU KNOW WE LOVE YOU.

Reader And the Lord asks that we show our love
in feeding his lambs –
in feeding his sheep.
ALL TEACH US TO SHOW OUR LOVE MORE DEEPLY
IN ENSURING THAT THE SMALL, THE WEAK AND THE VULNERABLE
ARE TREATED AS THE MOST CHERISHED OF GOD’S CHILDREN:
THE PRECIOUS SHEEP OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD’S FLOCK.
